This looks to me like MM gang rape in the absence of retail support.. Until someone steps in and cuts off one of their heads, the rape will continue. But I am positioning further long for the reflex rally that will probably snap a few necks. sometimes that is the only way these MM's learn. Look what we did to them in DCHT two weeks ago. MM's were shorting like there was no tomorow until a research report went out that skyrocketed the stock from 75 cents to 2.15 in 3 trading sessions. they learned their lesson and although they walked it back the following week, we areconvinced it was merely to minimize the scalping they were treated to. Now they are behaving themselves. The same will happen here.

FutureTrak Signs Exclusive Agreement with Gulfstream Marine Products
Pompano Beach, FL

February 1999: FutureTrak International, Inc. (NASD BB symbol: FTRK) announced today that they had signed an exclusive manufacturer's representative agreement with Gulfstream Marine Products (GMP) of Largo Florida, a marine electronics sales specialty organization. GMP will market and sell the FutureTrak Space Scanner which is American made by Lockheed Martin in Ocala Florida. GMP will market the product to their extensive network of dealers nationwide.

"The signing of this agreement commences the successful launch of the new American version of the FutureTrak Space Scanner," said Mike Rieschman, President of Gulfstream Marine Products. "We believe this will be the hottest new product to hit the dealers shelves this season," he added. GMP plans to implement a dealer certification program through comprehensive training and reasonable purchase standards.

Under President Mike Rieschman's direction, GMP has achieved tremendous success in product launches such as B&G (Brooks & Gatehouse), Kenyon Marine, Glomax and Keel Shield, all very respected products in the marine industry. GMP is projecting sales of the FutureTrak Space Scanner to experience the same success.

"This agreement is ideal for a well organized roll-out of the Space Scanner product to the top producing marine dealers throughout the United States," said Dan Dyack, President of STI Group the newly acquired subsidiary of FutureTrak International, Inc.

"The agreement also marks the beginning of a revenue stream that is on target with management objectives," he added.
