<< How do you feel about capital punishment? >> I am in favor of the death penalty. I think a lot of work has to be done with our legal system. In cases where it can be found that the defendant is obviously guilty, I favor swift punishment. In fact, one of my pet peeves is why we taxpayers pay for the legal help for convicted felons. To me, once a person has been convicted of more than one felony, he has lost the right to free legal help. Why do we have to take millions and millions of dollars away from other programs to continually provide the same convicted felons with legal help! They have not earned the benefit, why give it to them?
