Don't you see, Douglas? They only send information to those shareholders who are too far away to attend. Those of us in Canada are not going to get an invitation because we may just show up.

The Fairmile AGM will be attended by: Joe Kizis, President and Director Mike Mackey, Chairman and Director and myself plus any shareholder who wishes to attend. The AGM notice, information circular, proxy forms, supplemental return card and annual report have been sent out to all registered shareholders (as supplied by CIBC Mellon Trust). A couple of thousand packages were also supplied to IICC and ADP Proxy Services who facilitate the distribution to non-registered shareholders in Canada and the U.S. respectively. These packages should be onroute to all non-regisistered shareholders at this time. Steve Stakiw
