BKL,

I would like some further information regarding shell public companies.
Specifically, is the shell registered and approved by an exchange?
Is that what makes it public?

How many shareholders does a shell generally have?

Essentially, the private company is purchasing the public company?

Any information appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Tim
