JHP/Jean Sutherland/John S.: I will forward your comments to Franklin Telecommunications. You have already made libelous comments about the company, which, ofcourse, have no basis in fact. Just because you say "in my opinion" will not save you in a lawsuit. You continue to "surf" SI and other bulletin boards spreading libelous comments all over the internet about Franklin Telecommunications. Your reckless comments will no longer be tolerated.

Have you disclosed on SI these other identity names mentioned by mark garner..if not you need to report him to SI and ask to have that post deleted ----------------------- Hjz..I have never even started a thread so dont' know how I think if you do a search you will find a lot of threads covering brokerage complaints and you will see ALOT of stories on Goldman's thread Tim Luke I love the way you made fun of Anthony and then show your face up here....of course you would never apologize would you?????!!!!!
