Response from Chris Edwards: ( Telephone Conversation ) 1. The release for Wednesday was and is ready. 2. The SEC, upon learning of this release asked to view and approve prior to public release. 3. Although not require currently to release financial Reports, The SEC can require review of issued financial projections, and has chosen to do so. 4. The release of this report will occur with some delay ( unknown length of time, a day - week ?? ) Shouldn't be too long. 5. The news, as mentioned in the previous announcement is GOOD!!
