I find your way off base. With a high of .09 cents on 85,000,000 shares and you add 10 million how high should the issue go. If there is nothing added to the firm for the 10 million shares or if the firm sells off it's intrest in a project or two what will cost the company to buy it back. ? . You see I posted sometime back that for NPEC to hit .13 it would take MDIN to go full steam and that issue is 144 stock so no matter where it is going will not matter unless there is a buyout and there not that far yet.
