Thean, RE:VTSS, yes I will probably buy in the low 47s as long as it's not dropping like a rock in water. I haven't watched the DDs in some time now and I was thinking about taking a look at the sector soon, sounds like I better get started! I think if VTSS pops back up above 50, it also might be a good time to buy for short term long trade.

MMCN at what I see as a support point 16 1/2,9/16. Could be a good time for a short, if anyone is convinced the market is going down hard.

TXCC surprisingly strong today.....

One of my little long shot companies seems to be heating up again today. CCUR - concurrent computers supplies Video on Demand computer servers to the cable industry and to the University markets as well as Realtime computers to the military and Boeing, Lockheed, etc. They have been basing in the 3 7/8 - 4 1/2 range for a few weeks. Might time to break out to the upside? - Disclaimer, I'm long with last large purchase at 2 3/8s... Can't tell if it's time to short the stock from 4 5/8s back to the 4 range or if it's ready to fly??? This stock has a habit of going up while the market backs off.

Doc,

Hadn't looked. But since you brought it up... I will investigate. TXCC not in IRA account (WOW - is the IRA fun to trade, or what!!!), so I think I will keep adding on weakness and let it run a little higher. I also don't have a large enough position to wring out too much cash from this type of trade yet...so that's why I want to build it up...

I do like the CC strategy now better than shorting and putting, though. I get to keep my stock, because these are still keeper stocks for MT (medium term) grade investments.

Remember, March expiration is 6 weeks away from this Friday. You'r only a measly 6 points away from that...
