DE, IXC was mentioned on MSNCB. I didn't hear what they said. I just caught them saying that they were working on a merger I believe the implication was that IXC may be up for sale. This rumor has been circulating for some time now. This could prove very interesting for DCI since IXC owns 13% of DCI. It could very well be that one of the major phone companies could own a piece of us in the near future. Best Regards

DE, I thought everyone might be interested in knowing that the QP will end no later than March 15th give or take a day. I don't know how it will end just the date. This should be posted on the FQA section of the web site in a few days. I know we were all hoping for an LOI from a suitor and we may have one by then but I do know that if an LOI is not on Joe's desk before the switches are in place then the $10.00 figure we have been talking about will be null and void. Once the minutes start flowing through the three new switches the revenues will jump dramatically. So much so the asking price will be $15.00 or more. Best Regards
