OK, DGJLF has a market cap of $40M U.S. What BII would need to do is go to market with another financing of 10M shares @ $7 each. This would allow for purchase of DGJLF. Ofcourse, they could just provide them with shares, say 10M BII shares, or maybe even 15M to sweeten the pot. Now, what does that give BII? 1) A Nasdaq listing, presumably National once that is approved. 2) Rights to Perfumania sales in Canada. 3) Home shopping type vehicle immediately through the jewellry angle. 4) Access to potential jewellry market in North America through arrangements setup by DGJLF. 5) Additional revenue of approx. $30M per year. Interesting, but not very likely IMO. But, who knows?
