ADGI Delivers Pharmaceuticals Under New Malian Orders

HICKORY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 1999--American
Diversified Group (OTC BB:ADGI) Thursday announced that it has
delivered new generic pharmaceutical products to the Republic of Mali
under continuing purchase orders.
ADGI previously announced on Jan. 11, 1999 that it has been
requested to source and supply up to 300 generic pharmaceutical
products for sale to the Republic of Mali during fiscal 1999, which
request was received through its new West African representatives.
The shipment by Ethiopian Air, arrived in Mali on Feb. 3, 1999,
included Paracetamol (500,000 units), Aluminum Hydroxide (500,000
units), Chloroquine (600,000 units) and Multivitamins (300,000 units).
The products have been sourced from Quali-Care, an Indian
manufacturer, under an exclusive agreement with ADGI for West Africa.
ADGI is presently sourcing 30 additional products for its
existing Malian orders, which products include a range of antibiotics,
anti-inflammatories, anti-viral drugs for malaria among other
diseases, and multivitamins. ADGI projects the sale and schedule for
delivery of these products during the next 30-45 day period. ADGI
projects continued and regular orders and the sale of pharmaceutical
products during the remainder of 1999.
