In all this talk of accounting et. al., you all seem to be over-looking the strategic position and vision of the company. Sure, acquisitions screw things up from an accounting perspective in the short-term, but the strategic gains are what will drive growth in the future. The last time I checked, one of the main reasons big & strong companies acquire small & weak companies is to generate sales of the acquired products through integration, broader distribution, solid branding, etc.

The point is that sometimes you need to take your head out of the numbers and look at business environment GOING FORWARD. NETA clearly has a dominant market position and will be able to sell its integrated products (forthcoming) to a broad customer base, a dynamic the competition is going to have a hard time dealing with. That is the real value that today's "operating cash flow" is not going to tell you, and when investors finally "get it," it will be reflected in the stock.

This stock is a classic case of investors who are too short-sighted. I will own it when they finally get it.
