My concern is, if it doesn't break a double top it may just be setting up for another double bottom. Would be a good bottom fish play if the market indicators were positive, but the big picture doesn't (to me) support such and aggressive action. Not even a TDT :-)

REGI: The chart should have held at 9 on the downside. It didn't. Why I do not know, but now 9 and then 12 will or should be resistance areas. Interesting I do not recall ever seeing the big W not hold before. Shows you, your never too old to see something new. Very, very interesting chart. I will have to follow for curiosity sake. However I have to keep reminding myself that curiosity kill Mr. Katz.
