Women Sue For Right To Go Topless - (VIERA) -- A breast is a breast... whether it's on a man or a woman. That's the argument made by lawyers who are suing the state of Florida and Brevard County on behalf of ten women who want the same rights as men to go topless without fear of arrest. It's an old issue... but lawyers for the Brevard chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union think a new Basic Rights Amendment in the state constitution has given them a new weapon in court. The amendment, approved by Florida voters last fall, requires that men and women be treated alike under the law. I knew there was a reason I voted yes for equality.<g> o~~~ O
