Poet... I know. : (

Can get into any server, just can't buy or sell. I gave up after 15 minutes on hold on the phone. NAVR popped over 21 and I was punchin' them buttons like a madman!! ; - D

Oh well, maybe I can sell at 22!

Poet,

Waterhouse is a pain! They messed up an order for me and because
I had lost the confirmation number claimed they could not find it
on their system. I asked to talk to one of their programmers (didn't
believe they could not find) after they told me that the reason my
order got lost is because webbroken doesn't know how to process
index options and they simply refused. The worst part is that they
make the customer feel dirty and culpable when they make a mistake.

Typical Waterhouse interchange:

Customer: Why did you punch me in the face.
Waterhouse: Let me ask you something. You saw me wind up and propel
my phlanges towards your kisser. Didn't it occur to you to block it
or at least try to duck.

Try to transfer stock out. They sit on it and mess it up too!

Happy trading,
Joe
