EP said that they would spin-off AV to "unlock some of the value of AV to the shareholders." What the heck does that mean??? Sounds like he's gonna give us some shares, but he won't come out and say it. Why won't he say it??? Only two reasons that I can think is that he's lying(isn't gonna give us shares)or he's stupid(for not clarifying the spin-off). If he wants to "unlock" some value to the shareholders, why doesn't he step up to the podium and tell us what the heck is going on. Uncertainty cost us about 5 points and that makes him a DOLT in my book. El
