PTVL..weakness is coming back into the market and although I look at this weakness as a temporary and tiresome event hampering a part of my trading (i.e.ITIG) its a necessary evil so we can make money on the next round. PTVL has had a good round and just the opposite of the market is weakening after a strong session. I like to catch them on the way up. I would wait a little longer but I like PTVL, I've had it on the watch list a few times. A strong close is important for gap up in the morning. Of course you can't wait for the close but I'd wait as close as possible to enable an entry if it looks strong. And not least of all the nasdaq market doesn't look ready to rally and that should factor in as well.
