YAHOO IDTC POST--LOOKING FOR THE NEXT HOT INTERNET STOCK? "Ladies and Gentlemen by: kennedy__style__entrepreneur 21826 of 21835 We are the proud possessors of the most underpriced internet ipo stock on wall street and the sale is about to end. With even the slightest trigger we could easily gap up to 17 or 18. There is growing recognition that there is the potential of an internet ipo that will combine market leading internet telephony, innovative & dynamic e-commerce business, and a major cash infusion from a media conglomerate with internet investments. It is not an exagerration to suggest that there is the possibility....if the media conglomerate is a big name that comes on board an idt ipo or spinoff...that we are embarking on a voyage that will lead to idt asset appreciation that will be unprecedented in the history of the company and will soon be a lead story from cnbc to the wall street journal. If the corporate investor is indeed a superpower player, which we do not know for sure, but which is definitely a very realistic possibility, the minute the name of the company is public there will be an upward explosion of idt stock. We cannot be certain and investors should avoid any belief that this is definite. It is not. I repeat, it is not confirmed. However, if I ever again see any poster suggest that idt will fall to 10, I am going to make a detailed argument about what it will take for the idt spinoff to trade for above 100 dollars a share. I am not predicting this. I do not think it will happen. But at this point, two out of three conditions have been met. IDT has market leading internet telephony business. IDT has a powerful opening hand in e-commerce business that has won respect and credibility throughout the internet community. If the third condition is met, a world class corporate investor, there is now at least the possibility of an upside blowout for the stock. We should not count on it; but at this point, this investor is making this a part of my own calculations because the possibility...not probability....must now IMO be taken seriously."
