Dr. David,
I think you can sell them for about $30. Almost a triple. They currently have about $7 of time value in them. As the expiration date gets closer, the time value will decrease rapidly to match the real difference between the strike and market price. Unless you expect a seven point run up in Dell, you might consider some profit taking on the options. Another strategy would be to sell 8 calls and get your investment back. Let 12 of the calls ride and see what happens.

PS I think El is right. We might see $42 on CPQ before it recovers.
