What I see, as stated before, is that Charles Slob may like the Townsend software and if it works for Pc Quote Canada and Slob (Canada)then CS could include it in their offering for their U.S.clients. They cannot compete on price so need to offer something else, etc. etc. Sounds possible. Pico could then unload their 40% to Slob and be out with a profit over recent lower prices. imho. There is always a bigger picture.
