MM - We are talking about a million a quarter that's it, who cares. The problem is that if the contract says what Qualcomm says it does, it isn't the current cash flow that is important. It's the principle. Qualcomm doesn't want to be known as an easy mark since it just encourages future suits (no terrorists kidnap Israelis) and that's a lot more than $1M per Q. This has to be weighed against the enmity which is also worth a lot more than $1M per quarter. It's a very tough call for Qualcomm if it is as they say. Clark
