SSO on the VSE. Most of it's properties if not all of it's properties are outside of Canada. Made a nice move up today. Has been over $6.00 in the past and was languishing in the $1.60 to 1.80 range. Moved to 2.10 to 2.20 today. Drills are turning on some properties.

heres a list of a couple in no particular order:
PAA, SSO, FSR, UKH, ASM, ECU, BAY

For a drill hole oriented play you might want to try EXN

Look at FSR on the TSE, it's the only silver company I know of that is actually profitable now.

<<Aside from this, can anyone recommend some CANADIAN PURE/SEMI silver mining companies. >>

gold-eagle.com

Also consider Pan American Silver (PAA.T) and Silver Standard (SSO.V).

Possibly Ecu Gold (ECU.M) but I would not rush into this one until they confirm they confirm more reserves. It is more speculative than the 3 above... but on the other hand..if they are successful with their plans...the gains will be higher.
