I can't tell you how many times I owned that stock and they did it to me! As a matter of fact, I am waiting for a pay-out from a shareholder lawsuit that was the result of the same action then.

NN is very prone to disappoint!

Similar Dog, different fleas. Their pain is Ascend and they love doing the same sh*t with their share holders. After some trading in 1994 and early 1995 I have avoided NN which was very beneficial as its a trading stock too.
NN at 27 down 5 in after hours.
