Looks like the original 4.6 billion in Q4 included the Xerox dispute. Reuters just posted the following for '98 and '97:

Revenues (A) $4,410.2 $4,228.2

so revenues were only up 9% including the disputed $$$ and a very weak 4.3% if the $200 million is excluded. Kind of disappointing given what IBM and CSC have shown recently.

Sounds to me like EDS is taking Xerox to court over the $200 million. It must be a major can of worms if they have to take a customer to court. I wonder what went wrong? It seems like it would have come to a head long before it became $200m.

It is good to see them beat the estimates though. We will see what the street thinks tomorrow.
