OTOT jgsolari3, I agree that President Clinton had to be held accountable. I also agree with you that he repeatedly used poor judgement and engaged in reckless behavior that ultimately hurt himself and his family.

I commented on it more than once on these threads.

But there are aspects to this case that are troubling. I for one, would like to see the sexual guidelines rewritten by sensible men and women on what questions can be asked. It seems to me, Monica should have been asked one basic question: Did the President sexually harrass you or pressure you in any way. If the answer is no, then it should have been Game Over for Mr. Star as far as Ms. Lewinski is concerned. The government went way overboard in scaring the daylights out of Ms. Lewinski and forcing to tell intimate details about a perfectly legal and consensual affair. Then they put it on the internet for the world to read.

jgsolari3,

As per SUNW, well I can appreciate that you longs feel it is not overvalued. I think we can reasonably disagree on that. It really comes down to earnings growth. I think SUNW's growth is a little light vs. its price, but the real key is will the WINTEL juggernaut erode SUNW's market share and put pricing pressure on them. I think so, but the market as well as knowledgable members of this thread don't seem to be worried about it.
