Info on SyQuest Purchase: If anyone is interested in reading the gory details regarding the Iomega/SyQuest purchase, there's an 8-K SEC filing that just became available today: freeedgar.com (snip) "A hearing has been scheduled for February 24, 1999, at 9:00 am at 1300 Clay Street, Oakland, California to authorize Registrant to proceed with the sale to Iomega." (snip) "Pursuant to the terms of the proposed sale of assets to Iomega, it is not expected that there will be any assets available for distribution to Registrant's shareholders.
