I still like NAVR for the short term...

Stock heldup well and news after the bell about alliance with TGLO will help. Look for nice gap in the morning and a move higher in anticipation of the upcoming IPO..

WOW!!

Like TM says...IF you are going to daytrade, you need the best advantage and it is NOT using online brokerages to do business.

I have an online brokerage only as a backup and also for my long portfolio that I dont daytrade. Fidelity, and as one poster mentioned earlier on this thread today, they are very good, quick, and dont "blackout." You pay alittle more ($14.95 for frequent or $19.95 per trade) but they are definitely worth it.

Lawsuits - look to the insurance industry as well on "vanishing premiums" for ideas - the difference here is the OLB's have spelled out the warnings in black & white vs insurance salesman problem was that the insured/customer was told things by the agent - hard to prove all that.

Look to a stock PFG for ame & # of some lawyers who like to chase class action lawsuits. Ow, I could get a family memeber who's a lawyer to maybe initiate or suggest some attorneys.

Check Westlaw for any case law in this matter. Westlaw is owned by TOC.to - a great co, should get an internet multiple, but listed in Cda only (dumb in my opinion not to list in the USA)
