And on that In January I noted that NFCU web bill pay was slow due to the VOLUME of activity (although it is lightning fast now), I received a letter from NFCU today apologizing for the slow bill pay (which I didn't think was that bad), along with the apology I get an additional month of Free Bill Pay! Great for me as a consumer and should also help subscriber growth. Benny(IMHO)
