SkiDog is today at Lilehammer (1994 Olympics)...not skiing of course, butlooking a the pretty snow.

The FGI contract is in fact one of the three I had talked about. MARAD financing is being applied for.

The other two semis, for Petrodrill, may actually be built in Brazil, but this seems to be all up in the air...and FGI is still in the picture for these.

FGI -- a different breed of dog.

Is the following news about the strategic reserve going to impact oil prices when it happens?

In addition, the Energy Department is expected to unveil a plan later this month for filling the nation's Strategic Petroleum Reserve with oil.

Oil producers hope removing extra crude from the market may boost oil prices.

A number of bills are also pending in Congress to provide tax credits for producers and authorize $300 million to buy oil for the nation's emergency crude stockpile.
