I do not think trading resumed after the halt? Schwab still indicates that trading is halted on their Real-time quotes.

Yes and No. The was one after market trade after the close of the NYSE. A small number of shares crossed at 18 15/16; an uptick by God. The market then was 18 1/4 to 19 1/4 . I have not even a vague notion as to what this means, if anything.
