Take a look at this...
quote.com

Notice the two 2500 share trades at 10 1/4. Ominous and maybe a little fishy.

In average, AMD lost $0.12 per share every single quarter in last
12 quarters (3 years!!!),
when US economy has been so great...

Here is AMD's "earning" history

1994 1995 1996 1997 1998

Mar $0.81 $0.91 $0.07 $0.09 -$0.39
Jun $0.89 $0.86 -$0.33 $0.07 -$0.45
Sep $$0.83 $0.52 -$0.25 -$0.22 $0.01
Dec $0.73 $0.52 -$0.15 -$0.09 $0.15

Year $3.26 $2.81 -$0.66 -$0.15 -$0.68

When was the last time AMD warned investors "Incur" loss in
the following quarter? Was it in late 1997?

Anyway, most investors and analysts thought AMD might lose a
penny or two per share, but the actually losses in the
following quarter are much worse than expected.

As you can see from above AMD earning (loss) history, no matter when
AMD warn "Incur" loss, it means a -$0.09 per share minimum, or as
much as -$0.45 per share!

In fact, during the last three year, AMD lost a total -$1.49 per
share, that is -$0.12 - $0.13 per share every single quarter in last
12 straight quarters!!!
