The seed business is filled with lots of lawsuits and blown up seed deals. Monsanto and Cargill are being sued by Pioneer Hi-Bred. Cargill's deal with AgrEvro fell apart. Farmers are suing Monsanto. Monsanto is suing farmers. Actually, Agribiotech is just beginning to enter the big world of agricultural lawsuits. For those who don't have a strong stomach for such turmoil, don't invest here. The further ABTX goes into the genetic side of the business, the more contentious the litigation will become.
