Tom, Excellent post, you ably demonstrate that MU is still making statements that contradict the 10Q. The only reasonable explanation is that Kip's 10% increase in megabit production includes the in-process inventory that had yet to pass through the "backend production constraints". Much like asking Bill Clinton about sex, any questioning of MU needs to begin with very precise definitions of the terms used <G>. Also like Clinton the deception and cover up is a far worse transgression than the original crime. Why didn't they just admit the .21 transition problems, and move on, in this market who would have cared, especially if the constraints have been worked out, as is apparently the case. Regards, Dave
