Hello Bill. LU. That's what I said in my post to Ann. Someone at Lehmans said that LU was fully valued. I never heard of that guy either. At least we can't blame MER on that one. gg.

My portfolio took a nice tumble today but I am staying invested also. Yes, a lot of those brokerages would like us to sell our stocks so they can pick it up on the cheap or let's say cheaper. Now they want us to take those forgotten cos. off their hands which will probably take another 6 to 12 months before they will make us money. Yeah, get out of techs and into those bummers. That's why some of those funds did poorly last year. Retail seems to be on the move though if anybody is interested. Avon should do especially well.

But I stay with my techs, pharmas and internet stocks for the time being. Those financials did take a hit today also. We just got over Greenspan and now there is already talk that the FED may raise rates soon. Give me a break. Anybody knows that the FED does not want to upset the Apple cart at this time. It's not just us they have to worry about, they have to be careful not to send the world markets into a tailspin. I sure hope that I am right on that score.

WLA was called the best value of the lot by some analyst today.

Globex looks a bit bleak at this time.
