ALMI=DBCC IN THE MAKING. There isn't anything out yet,and ALMI is in PLAY NOW.It is the anticipation of Solomon,Smimth Barney IPO of ALMI's internet Alphaconnect Division.This is going to be a la DBCC.They have a solid IT business growing 30% a year with the new aquisition,cleaned-up the books taking a charge and unloading the unnecesary debt already,they are unloading the AC debt to the new IPO,and they changed their fiscal year to reflect this.They said that they'll be profitable within this fiscal year,but it seems now they will much sooner.They are going to retain 30-40% of the new IPO boosting their value.So this another DBCC in the making.
