It's a Form 144: registration to sell shares. No indication from this that any shares have been sold yet.

The news about the globe is great so is the news about a director selling off his shares. It occurs to me that if a co I have stock in was about to start trading options I may sell off shares to raise $ to purchase a great abundance of options. Additionally this might happen when the ipo is close insiders selling shares of navr to purchase shares of net radio

Insider selling. Does anyone here understand the rules and regulations set by the SEC for insider trading? For one thing there are very strict rules precluded insiders from selling after major company news, ie alliance with theglobe or an IPO. Which should be pretty obvious to all of you. Which suggests to me that the shares have already been sold, BECAUSE he needed to before the IPO announcement. I am pretty sure that these forms can be filed within a very short time frame after the shares have already been sold? If anyone knows otherwise please correct me and tell me I'm talking smack!

EZ (Strap in for next week!)

No, he did not sell, he registered to sell, nice try. Maybe he wants to take advantage of the imminent IPO announcement, or maybe , you are right, and he does know something that we don't know, like the IPO will be a lot sooner than most people think.

Form 144

This form must be filed as notice of the proposed sale of restricted securities or securities held by an
affiliate of the issuer in reliance on Rule 144 when the amount to be sold during any three month
period exceeds 500 shares or units or has an aggregate sales price in excess of $10,000.
