Reader get the file right. If you notice the filing date since Jan 25th 1,000,000 shares that is big blocks, have already been sold. The filings go like this as you said in your statement. "Novell, which said the shares have a market value of about $4 million, listed Jan. 25 as the approximate date of sale, and named BT Alex Brown as broker." That means they have already sold the big block and that would reconcile with the large volume crosses at those particular times after Jan 25th where Alex Brown brokered the big block deals and arranged the sale of the common stock probably to a large institution or mutual fund. What do you think has been going on for the last couple of weeks. Are you missing the action. These huge blocks are probably being peddled and sold through Alex Brown out to a major mutual fund like Fidelity. This last filing was probably being done because they have a buyer lined up for that block of shares no doubt. Another positive sign all the stock is ending up in very strong institional hands. Get ready for the sale of the last million shares already probably organized through Alex Brown already. In other words they are already sold. That is probably why they have filed the filing is to sell the additional stock of 1 million shares. They have a buyer for it. Reader you have to get off this thread and back unto the other. You are giving me whiplash.
