I have to agree with victor. I don't understand what all the carping is about. Earnings have turned around nicely and I expect them to continue improving through the year. As for the talk of disatisfaction with AV and it's handling, it sounds a bit greedy. No one will receive one more share than is necessary to improve the companies bottom line. If, after the IPO, AV stock takes off and CPQ doesn't have enough shares to do stock swap acquisitions at basically no cost to improve and strengthen AV, then you can complain. jb
