Charred,

If I may insert myself into the "discussion".

You made a reference to CSW as providing news on companies.

I think you should make a distinction about recognized news dissemination firms such as Canada NewsWire, Canadian Corporate News and ISDN who relay press releases approved by the originating firms.

What you are referring to is NOT news, rather is is editorial material CREATED by CSW, a BIG difference. In the case of Crystallex for example, CSW has never disclosed the source of the funding for its anti-Crystallex crusade which has been going on for many months and which has not yet disclosed any evidence of wrongdoing, not even close. CSW has had many more supposed "news" on KRY than the Crystallex ever put out, makes you wonder, no?

So please, make a distinction between news and sponsored editorial (last time I checked CSW was not a charitable organization).

On another note, your quotes on SG are somewhat off the mark. The acquisition included property, several drills and the mining infrastructure. Allocating the full acquisition cost to the minable reserves is not something that I thought a person like you would try to pull on unsuspecting lurkers out here. I expected more balance from you, as I generally respect your experience and knowledge.

PPS. Frank, how did I do?

They probably have more than the 430,000 ounces you credit them with. It isn't such a bad price for an operating mine if you can pay 50 dollars an ounce for an ounce in the ground, with no feasibility or mine and mill. You can pay 29 million to buy the ore and 29 million to develop it, easily. Barrick is alleged to have paid 1 billion for 7 million ounces at Peirina. But they are cheap ounces to mine. Most feasibilities too only factor in 1/3 of the ore that will eventually be mined.

Hello charred;

I will ask you these questions??

Who was paid the $400,000 for one and $400,000 for the other??

What were the fees exactly for??

Tell us then what are the standard fees for this transaction, oh and it was not just a finders fee as you like to put it??

You also seem to ignore the fact that the TSE regulatory body, even stated that they had no problem with the fees, and in fact they mentioned that they were BELOW the industry standard??

Other than that, you can never seem to find anything good to say about this company??

So why is it you have such an interest in a company you would never invest in, seem to hate every aspect of, can you at least be honest and say why to everyone here??

Well the few of us that are here at least??

With regards,Frank

Hello charred;

Just to add to what syncrude has mentioned regarding CSW, you say they are independent and do just a summary of a company??

Remember now they advertise this, "bringing independent news to the maeket place" at least something like that??

Well just for your interest, in the files of CSW they have around 160 suposed newsreleases by their words on file??

Officially in the same time frame KRY had issued around 19 newsreleases??

Don't you find this a little unusual, like maybe over kill, or could we call it an obsession??

With regards, Frank
