An excellent Case Study on how focus can be lost and assets frittered away. Hope PARS management will also read the article.....it's great reading. Frankly, I like the risk management approach PARS has taken, and while the Opthalmic products may never 'set the world on fire' they will provide a steady and growing cash flow going forward.....if B&L ever gets their act together (both from a sales and marketing standpoint and from a product launch standpoint). PARS has to be very frustrated with the B& L, which should perhaps change their name to Big & Lazy....rather than Bausch & Lomb.
