I've accumulated about 500K over the last 12 years, so I don't feel like sharing that with anyone. If I propose marriage to my girlfriend, what's the best way to bring up this pre-nuptial agreement stuff so that she doesn't get mad???? Any guys have experience?? You're going to share your life, but you're unwilling to share your money? I think you've got your priorities mixed up. Pre-nups are for two groups of people: 1) People with children from a previous marraige who want to ensure that those children are taken care of in case of death/divorce. 2) Jerks. I'm a big critic of him around here, but Bill Gates did the right thing.
