He may be selling to buy a house. Who knows. He has lots of shares and this may be nothing to him. Michael Dell just filed to sell a million or two shares and DELL is having its pre-earnings run. Then again it may mean something. Are the stockholders actually getting shares of the IPO. If you are interested in getting some actual shares of an IPO, check CITN. CITN shareholders are getting one share of IPO for every 42 shares of CITN. Might want to check it out. And CITN seems to be getting its act together. Sales up 600%.

Sounds likely. I would be amazed if he was actually selling it before the IPO. More likely, he wants to dump some on the run up. Who can blame him? Might as well get the paper work out of the way before the big day on ......
