According to DialData / SuperCharts, the NAZ lifted off of the 21 DMA on Oct 20, closed below it on Dec 14 by a gnats eyeball (21 DMA = 1967+, close = 1967, low = 1962).

Numbers taken by eye, student driver, and all other qualifications.
