E. M., The stock only has 2M in the float, I verified this through the company over the phone (maybe accurate, maybe not... I'm very skeptical when talking to OTCBB companies (well, duhhh!)). News out today, normally news that sends a stock through the roof. Now, the website is not ready yet. If you go to the website, you will see an "under construction" site. Maybe the new website will be a thing to behold for users and stockholders alike. Maybe it will be a piece of crap.

Why will it go higher? Maybe because:

1. A real business behind the name.
2. The business is "service oriented" and is internet based.
3. If they can do half of what they say they can do, I will be really impressed.
4. The stock is still sitting near the .60 to .90 base (bottom) which makes it relatively safe to enter.
5. They have no debt and have issued "only" 8M of the 50M shares authorized.
6. Trading activity today.

I'm not going to mention the stock anymore... if it flops (and it's near bottom still), I'm out a few thousand dollars at best. On the other hand, if the website comes out and they can actually provide some of these services, It might go up. With a 2M float, maybe a lot... who knows? Ask me next Friday and I can tell you what it did. :)
