There is still considerable interest in USTI. . . They are a 10 year old Microsoft Certified software manufacturer. They sell to city governments [police, fire, court, water, utilities, taxes, planning, etc.]. . . New product coming out this quarter should give their POSITIVE EARNINGS a real boost. It is a 32-bit version of their new Y2K compliant Windows NT and Unix software. They have over 1600 clients, so I would think that many would want this important upgrade. 2 quarters in a row of positive earnings and I expect same for the coming quarter to be released this month. I cannot figure out why this little company has not been bought out by a major yet. CEO has been buying stock as fast as he can get it. 800k within past few weeks. That speaks volumes to me. Rande Is
