I agree regarding financial results. They can be published as soon as they are available and the company wants to release them.

I was referring to the Annual General Meeting. Check SEDAR ... last year the Notice of Meeting was posted on Apr. 22 and the meeting was held May 21, one month notice. Currently there has not yet been any notice for this years meeting posted at SEDAR. When you do see it appear, expect the meeting about a month later.
