We are delighted with the progress that WLGS is making and the vast increase in the thread attention that this company is now receiving. Our sources[notcompany-related but well placed]have come up with some very interesting details which we wish to detail. The company seems to be maturing and developing a new and stronger philosophy of growth which could quickly accelerate the growth of the company. In keeping with their more soundly based planning however,.we believe they have decided to minimize their press releases to complete deals rather than to announcing "letters of intent" or " areas of interest' until final agreements have been ratified.This will eliminate some of the market speculation and limit some of the "false starts'which shareholders and potential buyers may become confused as to the directions the company is taking. Better that the company report completed deals than dissapoint the market by investigating all the potential opportunities this company is receiving and the market gyrating as the company develops its best possibilities. It is a great position to be in to have so much interest in their products,patents and ability to grow through acquisitions but management now seems to be taking taking a more responsible position of deciding to minimize hype and report only deals which have matured to have a "material change" in the company's affairs. We however,through our sources' are not restricted in reporting what we have been able to learn although we attempt to have at least two sources for our postings.Wtran sift the hype from the real facts but urge everyone to do their own due dil before making any investment decisions. In our opinion today's pull back may be one of the last opportunities to buy at these prices.With the caveat that we have never been right on timing, only on fundamental matters affecting a company. Our last posting ,in which we speculated in trying to explain the importance of their patents include speculation re what a country like China might mean to the Company.Low and behold, we are led to believe that there are discussions to be held with a serious Chinese investmnet bank may be soon.Believe us , we had no prior knowledge.It just made sense to us. The company has taken over full control of their San Fransisco operations[no more J/V] so that their revenue stream will be enhanced They are in final negotiations with Peurto Rico and should have an even better deal than their letter if intent indicated as WLGS has much greater potential that people are recognizing Along those lines, they will be talking shortly with a major financial institution[US based ]who wishes to become seriously involved in the company's progress. None of the above is reflected in the stock price as of now. They have submitted three patent applications.Two have been accepted.The third has 10 parts.5 [the most important] have been approved , 2 wered outdated[but not significant] and the other 3 should be approved shortly. Their patent attorny has adviced them to withhold detailing their patents until final approval has been received for all the applied patents.So don't worry about receiving info re the patents .All in good time.And that is why people are so interested. Positioning in the stock is taking place and once NASDAQ listing is approved and the MM's can stop playing their games this stock should fly. More next week in the mean time good luck to all.
