I dumped some of my GRE at a 5 cent loss and went to get in on more of QTR. Wouldn't you know it.. their server was down. Grabbed the phone and got in just after it started up and took a few more in the .40's. Both times, while on the phone to Scotia, I saw my trade go through before I hung up so was impressed with that at least.
QTR has wings when they want it to have but still remember what happened on the .19 move in Nov!

Yes, I still have .20 cent bids filed but this volume shook a few up knowing what could happen with QTR's present activity.
