RTIN is a 10 dollar stock!

Well, if it was listed. IMO
But it can be built into a much bigger company with
the current financing and purchase of the OSF steak houses.

Lee, wouldn't you say RTIN is a great buy anywhere under
5 bucks? LOL!
Come on Lee! Get excited! ;^)

Lee- I certainly like your predictions.

I know those values are hard to believe for some people but based on the acquisition of Old San Francisco Steak & Seafood, the stock should have a fair market value of $9 if it wasn't a BB stock and wasn't being heavily shorted.

Some may ask how do I arrive at $9 for a FMV. Well, if you take the earnings from OSS from 1998 and remove the excess management expenses that RTIN will not have in 1999 and add the earnings of RTIN in 1998 you come out with around $.30/share. Then using a multiple of 30, which is conservative considering successful restaurant chains that are under $100M in revenues and do not have the growth potential of RTIN have much higher multiples, you get $9/share.

Plus, the company has recently hired Steve Antebi, who is a very, very big player, as their consultant. The bottom line is that the future for longs is very, very bright and I'm glad I am not one of those shorts!!!

One final tip.......... please think twice about selling your shares when we hit $5+. IMO, this one has some long legs!!!
