Hi Trev. Well, it's just an opinion --- call it a gut feel. I certainly can't tell you why Placer went in but I wouldn't be at all surprised, if the mining operation works out in the short-term, that they end up buying the whole property. They actually may be smarter than you give them credit for. Local investment sentiment to everything in SAf is really bad and could be now's the time for guys with balls to step it. After all, gold mining is about taking risks --- of one type or another!!
